***NEW VACCINATION REQUIREMENT***
For the ITS America 2021 Annual Meeting, all show participants will be required to provide proof of full vaccination with COVID-19 vaccine approved by the FDA or authorized for emergency use by the FDA or WHO. This requirement will apply to attendees, exhibitors, media, speakers, and ITS America and RX staff. “Full vaccination” means that the date of entry to ITS America 2021 Annual Meeting is at least 14 days after receiving the final dose of an FDA approved or FDA or WHO authorized COVID-19 vaccine.

Currently the city of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County have put into effect a face covering mandate. At this time, everyone at ITS America Annual Meeting is expected to comply with our Health and Safety Requirements and local laws, including wearing an approved face covering at all times when indoors at the Charlotte Convention Center.
Management may remove, ban, or revoke the badge without refund of anyone who fails to comply or impacts the safety or security of the event, each in Management’s sole and absolute discretion.

Increased Sanitization and Hygiene
The ITS America 2021 Annual Meeting has worked closely with the Charlotte Convention Center to implement cleaning and sanitization standards that meet or exceed the recommendations of the CDC. It is the responsibility of everyone to maintain personal hygiene, including washing your hands frequently.
Directional and Distance Markers
We have adjusted our layout and implemented exhibitor guidelines with capacity management and physical distancing in mind. Please follow all floor, directional, and distance markings and signage.
Follow all Signage and Direction from Staff
Operational adjustments may occur throughout the event. Please adhere to all signage and direction from all staff, including our Safety Ambassadors.

Please make sure that you have reviewed any advisories or restrictions that may be in place for travel to the United States and for travel to North Carolina. Visit https://www.nc.gov/covid19 for information.
Please be advised that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any event or public space, including the Event. Prior to registering for and attending the Event, please ensure you have read the latest CDC Guidelines for Prevention. By attending the ITS America 2021 Annual Meeting, you acknowledge this inherent risk and, as a condition of entering the ITS America Annual Meeting, you acknowledge, understand and confirm each of the following in accordance with applicable health guidelines:
- that you will abide by all the ITS America 2021 Annual Meeting, health-and-safety requirements;
- that you are not currently experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19, as identified at CDC.gov, including, but not limited to:
- o Fever or chills
- o Cough
- o Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- o Fatigue
- o Muscle or body aches
- o Headache
- o New loss of taste or smell
- o Sore throat
- o Congestion or runny nose
- o Nausea or vomiting
- o Diarrhea
- that prior to attending the ITS America Annual Meeting you have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine;
- that you are not under any self-quarantine orders;
- that you are Fully Vaccinated;
- Note: Fully Vaccinated means the date of your entry to the ITS America 2021 Annual Meeting is at least 14 days after your final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved by the FDA or which has been authorized for emergency use by the FDA or WHO.
Management reserves the right to implement updated admission requirements for the Event in its sole discretion.
NOTE: Providing proof of a negative COVID-19 test is NOT SUFFICIENT to comply with this health & safety acknowledgement.
Please do not enter the ITS America Annual Meeting or the Charlotte Convention Center if you cannot confirm all of the above criteria. If at any point during your time at the Event you do not meet all of the above criteria, you and those in your group (which may include your exhibiting company) will be required to isolate and may be relocated or asked to leave the Charlotte Convention Center at the discretion of ITS America Events Team.
