Media representatives receive complimentary registration.
- Access to the ITS America Media Lounge
- Entrance to the ITS America paid conference program all five (4) days (Tuesday, June 9 – Friday, June 12), except for sessions not open to media.
- Lunch for five (4) days
- Access to the Exhibit Hall all four (3) days (Wednesday, June 10 – Friday, June 12).
- Entry to all plenary sessions.
- Access to Exhibit Hall activities, including programming in the Transportation Hub and other networking events.
ITS America Expo has negotiated travel discounts and secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Atlanta affordable. Through the travel experts at Connections Housing, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Access hotel information here.

The media lounge is located in the Georgia World Congress Center – Hall A on Level 3 in Room 311A.

Yes, you can register for media credentials at the show. You must provide proof that you are employed by an accredited industry trade publication, newspaper, online news site or broadcast media outlet. Freelance writers will be considered if they are able to provide examples of three (3) relevant stories published over the past six months.
No, ITS World Congress is only open to intelligent transportation professionals.
