Qualifying Criteria
To be eligible for the ITS America Conference & Expo Start-up Zone, your company and technology/solution must meet the following criteria:
- Founded in 2019 or later
- Employ no more than 100 people
- Generate a maximum of $5 million in annual revenue
- Be in-market and applies to the Transportation Industry

Application Terms
The ITS StartUps Zone area is overseen by Reed Exhibitions, a division of RELX Inc. (“Management”). Each submitted application will be collected and used by Management in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://privacy.rxglobal.com/en-us.html), which is incorporated herein by this reference. All applications for the ITS StartUps Zone area are subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws. Only one application is permitted per each organization. Applications will not be returned. Incomplete applications will be considered ineligible. If any applicant or application is determined to be ineligible at any time for any reason, Management reserves the right to disqualify the same. All decisions made by Management in connection with the ITS StartUps Zone shall be final and binding and not subject to appeal.
Each selected recipient of space in the ITS StartUps Zone area will be required to execute and return an exhibitor license agreement. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. All expenses and any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
The individual submitting this application represents and warrants to Management that (1) the information provided herein is correct; (2) such individual is duly authorized to submit an application on behalf of the named organization and (3) such individual acknowledges and agrees to the terms contained herein.
