Plenary sessions are open to all badge holders. 

The ITS World Congress Gala is on Wednesday, August 27 at 6:00 PM at the Georgia Aquarium. There is a $250 fee to attend. If you did not pre-purchase a ticket, you can purchase them at Registration onsite. 

Attire for the ITS World Congress Gala is cocktail attire.

The outdoor demos are located at the loading dock behind the GWCC. There will be shuttles running Monday, August 25 – Thursday, August 28 from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM every 20 minutes. 

Tech tours are an additional fee of $150 and are limited to a certain number of people based on venue capacities. If you are interested in attending a tech tour on-site, you can visit registration and see availability for purchase.

• There is no hotel shuttle service available. All of the hotels within our room blocks are within walking distance to the Convention Center.  

• There will be Shuttles every 15-20 minutes going to the Demonstrations area. These shuttles will leave from the Transportation Center at the Georgia World Congress Center outside the main entrance.  

Yes, there is parking at the Georgia World Congress Center. It is strongly encouraged to pre-purchase parking to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival. To purchase your parking, click here.

To avoid delays or issues upon arrival, it is recommended to:
