Jaime McAuley
Event Director, ITS America Events, RX Global
Jaime McAuley is the Event Director for ITS America Events at RX Global. Having served in this role since 2020, Jaime oversees the strategic planning, execution, and publicization of ITS America Events, including ITS World Congress and the ITS America Conference & Expo.
With nearly two decades of experience in event planning, meetings, and trade shows, Jaime brings a breadth of knowledge to RX global. She began her career at RX as a marketing associate and ascended to her current role. Her background stems from her experience working across various RX brands and industries, including physical and cyber security, e-commerce and payments, luxury travel, and golf.
In 2019 Jaime won Marketing Director of the Year at RX. Her prior portfolio includes ISC, Unmanned Security Expo, The National Hardware Show, and The PGA Show. Jaime graduated from Bentley University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and lives in Connecticut with her husband, son, daughter, and dog.

ITS World Congress has negotiated travel discounts and secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Orlando affordable. Through the travel experts at Connections Housing, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, you can register for media credentials at the show. You must provide proof that you are employed by an accredited industry trade publication, newspaper, online news site or broadcast media outlet. Freelance writers will be considered if they are able to provide examples of three (3) relevant stories published over the past six months.
No, ITS World Congress is only open to intelligent transportation professionals.
