The following cancellation conditions will apply:

• From now through September 5, a transfer of registration to another participant will be accepted at no charge.
• From September 5 until September 17, a transfer of registration to another participant will be accepted, only in the case that a registrant is unwell with COVID 19 (medical certificate will be required)
• A full amount will be refunded in the case that a registrants’ local government no longer allows travel into the United States (with proper evidence that this is the case).  

Conferees assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release management, its employees, and agents against any claims.
