Your Booth

This section provides rules, guidelines, and specify what an exhibitor can and cannot do with their booth space. These rules and guidelines are based on the physical characteristics of the exhibit hall, the intent to be equally fair to all exhibitors, and the safety of all concerned. Please review these rules and plan your display accordingly as variances will not be granted prior to the Show or on-site.

FREEMAN is the Official General Contractor of the ITS World Congress and will maintain an Exhibitor Service Center during set-up, show days and dismantling.

Freeman's Exhibitor Services team will be available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from the first day of Exhibitor Move-in to the last day of Exhibitor Move-out. Hours may be extended the day before the show open and the day of the show close to assist with additional exhibitor needs.

Move In Reminder:

• Please arrive with enough time to set up your booth.
• Exhibitors supervising Freeman labor must pick up and release their labor at the Labor Desk.

Thursday, August 28, 2025                   2:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Friday, August 29, 2025                         8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Move Out Reminder:

• All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by August 29, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
• To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline, please have all carriers check in by August 29, 2025 - at 1:00 PM. In the event your selected carrier fails to show on the final move-out day, Freeman reserves the right to re-route your freight onto another carrier.

• Note that any excessive trash that consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates and/or pallets will be disposed of and charged both a handling fee and a disposal fee during exhibitor move-out.
• Clear out the booth. Any excessive materials left in the booth at the end of the event will be considered trash.

This show includes a marshalling yard. If you are shipping to the show site, make sure to note for your carrier that all carriers must check into the Marshalling Yard before arriving at the show site address and provide this address to your carrier when shipping to the show site.

Please ensure your driver has the following information to expedite unloading and delivery to your booth: Show Name, Exhibitor Name, Booth #.

August 28, 2025 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM
August 29, 2025 7:00AM - 1:00PM

For this event, all carriers must check into the marshalling yard before arriving at the show site address. Please provide this address to your carrier.
