Setting yourself up for a successful ITS World Congress starts long before you land in Atlanta. Here’s how to hit the ground running:

Plan Your Atlanta Experience

Want to visit the World of Coca-Cola or enjoy a meal at Michelin star restaurant? Make your reservations now! For information on how to spend your time in this one-of-a-kind city, we’ve worked with the Atlanta Convention & Visitor’s Bureau to help you plan your trip.

Secure Your Spot 

Be sure to make early reservations for tech tours and networking events are highly recommended as availability may be limited.

Set Meetings with Solution Providers

Come with a plan on which types of solution providers you want to connect with. With more than 300 exhibiting companies and sponsors spanning the entire ITS ecosystem, it’s important to set meetings ahead of time.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

STEP 1

After you land at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, there are lots of ways to get to the Georgia World Congress Center for ITS World Congress. Whether you are renting a car, taking a rideshare, or even taking the MARTA, Atlanta’s public transit, it’s easy to navigate Atlanta. We’ve put together videos with our partner Applied Information to help you navigate the city.

STEP 2

Once you’re checked in, take the time to revisit your ITS World Congress game plan and ensure your objectives align with your agenda, then plan your path. Here are some tips for success:

  • To keep things easy, mark your favorite sessions, exhibitors, and set meetings in the official ITS World Congress mobile app, sponsored by Michael Baker International.
  • Head to Georgia World Congress Center, Hall A and lead to Level 3 to pick up your badge. You’ll need your badge to attend all conference and exhibit hall programming.
