Many non-U.S. citizens need a visa to enter the United States temporarily to work or visit. INTERNATIONAL DELEGATION PROGRAM

The ITS World Congress International Delegation Program is exclusive to international attendees only. Delegates must be from outside of the United States.

Delegations must consist of business professionals affiliated with the intelligent transportation industry. They must have a minimum of 15 Delegates. Groups smaller than 15 must register individually as industry attendees and there can only be one (1) Delegation Leader per delegation.

Delegation Leaders 

  • Complimentary ITS World Congress exhibit hall badge, which includes access to the Exhibit Hall and lunch for four days, entry to all Plenary Sessions, Access to any Exhibit Hall activities, including programming in the Transportation Hub and other networking events. Plus, send invites to Delegates to complete their own registration.
  • Complimentary Hotel Stay: Delegation leaders who bring at least 50 delegates to ITS World Congress 2025. Certain conditions may apply.
  • Conference Pass Discount: 15% discount off the purchase of a Full Conference Pass.
